We collect data you provide directly: full name, email address and role (artist or company). We also collect technical usage data (IP address, browser type) through our hosting provider.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis

We process your data to: (a) manage your registration and access to the platform (legal basis: performance of a contract, Art. 6.1.b GDPR); (b) send you service-related communications (legal basis: consent, Art. 6.1.a GDPR).

4. Data Retention

We retain your data while your account is active and for 3 additional years after deletion, for legal compliance purposes.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection and restriction of processing by emailing yolandaartistvision@gmail.com.
